What is Go Foods

(Rich source of  Carbohydrates including starch)

These are the foods that provide us energy to do everyday work. These act as fuel for our body to do daily activities. It provides fuel to our muscles and brain. The foods in this group provide energy to run, jump and dance. Moreover, it gives energy to our brain to concentrate on our work. This will help us to be active in workplaces like schools, colleges, offices, etc. If go food are not in our diet then we will feel tired and sleepy.

The Grow Foods help our bodies grow big and strong. Grow foods are very important for growing kids for proper and effective growth of bones, teeth, and muscles. These are also essential for an adult to maintain their muscle mass, teeth, and bones.
